header buttons

i have the zencart 1 39 and i have the pink bouquet template .. there is 4 buttons on the top i dont want the new items contact us specials and newsletter buttons acrss the top (my addy is http://totallymedesigns.com/zencart/...php?main_page=) so you can see what i am talking about i dont know how to get rid of them .. and how do i change the meta tag on my pag? ... i am really new to this and blond help lol

Check in zencart/includes/templates/tpl_main_page.php for the code above. Do not remove the div tags, just the code above.
