My sites are all very slow. takes roughly 25 minutes to send an email through zencart. any ideas??

Not to start a fight on there, but firstly the site is in maintenance mode so we cannot help... Secondly... Since it is apparently "your" software, fix it.

Site pages loading slowly and eMail being Sent/Received slowly, are two different problems.

For site pages loading slowly your Hoster might be the best one to contact about that. Or provide more descriptive details of the problem.

For eMail troubleshooting, send yourself an eMail from one address to another. Both addresses must belong to you and neither use Zen Cart. That will determine if the problem is with Zen Cart. Speaking of which, which Transport Method are you using for Zen Cart?
