Help!!!

Ok guys, I just switched my zen cart from one host to another and now I am having problems. The new host moved everything over for me free of charge and that was fantastic, but somehow I lost access to my ADMIN panel. My username and passwords do not work anymore. I look at this article and tried to do it but I get errors: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=2
I need access to the admin section because I am in the important process of adding products and perfecting my site. Whatever help you guys could give me I would really appreciate it, and the quicker the better. Thanks.

Probably missed a prefix.... If you tables are prefixed zen_products for example then like this

DELETE FROM zen_admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin'; 
INSERT INTO zen_admin (admin_name, admin_email, admin_pass, admin_level) 
VALUES ('Admin', 'admin@localhost', '351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b', 1);

Im not sure I understand how to tell if it is prefixed.

In the list on the left side in php my admin do they say orders for example or zen_orders or something_orders

zen_admin or admin

etc...

Are you running the fix in PHP My Admin for the database hooked to your Zen Cart?
