Myself and many customers are encountering the following error message after inserting their card details into our world pay payment mechanism and then clicking submit;
It worked for me a while ago and I made sure cookies were allowed (all customers you encountered this also seemed to think they were allowing cookies) however have since changed computers and I now seem to get the error message when making a test transaction even though i'm definitely enableing the cookies for my site.
Any one have any ideas of what's causing this and how to fix it?
It seems that some customers can complete a payment no problem but others cant, we can see they have registered but theres no order under their name in the zen admin and so it appears this error is losing us business everyday!
We don't want to have to keep asking customers to check cookies are enabled and to use a different browser, a good ecommerce site should make it easy for the customer and cater to most if not all computer set ups regardless of browser etc.

No payment information is available. This means that one of the following has occurred:
* you have completed or cancelled your payment
* you have cookies disabled. To complete your payment, enable cookies by changing the privacy settings in your browser. Then return to the merchant's site and resubmit your payment
* your session at RBS WorldPay has timed out. Please return to the merchant's site and resubmit your payment
