minimizing sign up form

I'd like to minimize the number of fields on the sign up form.
I'm planing to leave only Name (First, Last) and email address.

how do I do that?

All the payments are going trough paypal, so I get shipping address and the rest of info I need from paypal payment info.

Use PayPal Express only and set it up to create their account

PayPal Express has the option to automatically create their Zen Cart account for you.
