top menu bar missing

i just installed 1.39h and have just started working on setting it up and customizing, however my template seems to be missing just the top menu bar ? Home | My Account | etc etc

I just launched your page in Firefox and it's there.

Thanks, but IE and Firefox dont show up the Home - New Products - My Account etc. It did look like this pic below, however i think i must have turned something off on the live site

What is your setting for Configuration > EZ-Pages Settings > EZ-Pages Display Status - HeaderBar ?

It might also be some other menu; we can't tell from a picture.

EZ Pages needed to sorted in their right order to work.

Yes, ez-pages need to not only be enabled for the header (or any other location) but also given a non-zero sort order for it.
