I am running zencart v1.3.9 and I installed the Fedex Web Service module downloaded from Numinix.

I had no issues with the install, in fact I was quiet happy with how it was going. I started to run in to issues when I tried to test it though.

I have created an account at the fedex/us/developer site and obtained the test key, meter number, etc.

however now when trying to test it I am getting the following error

I've searched far and wide and cannot figure out what is causing this.
