Can't access a certain thread

Hi, wondering why I am not able to access a certain thread.
I am looking for a fix to a problem I am having and found a link that points to http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...5&postcount=13



I get this message when I click on the link

Just wondering why I would not have permission to view this page, I was hoping to learn a little more about the fix I need which looks to be data base related. I found the link here http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...t=35770&page=2 from vixay...
