Suddenly can't login to admin

Hey there,

I'm having a weird issue. I was just editing my template and working on the site and I couldn't get the search bar to go away even when it was set to off 0 0 off so I resided to log out and log back in.

Now I can't log back in and it will not let me. I am using the right username and password.

Something is clearly wrong. Can anyone help me figure this out.

My hosting provider is HostMonster.com

What are some of the things I can do to fix this issue. I am so stuck now.

Hi there

I ended up contacting my host company but they couldnt find a resolve. I decided to re-install zen cart, which was quicker than me tryna figure out DB.. but this time, ive taken screen shots of the pages with the relevant passwords etc in case this happens again. Luckily, I had my custom files backed up but not my products so havin to add all again. I reckon, if ya've spent a couple of days tryna work this out like I did, it may jus be worth re-installing.

Me too, same problem... all of a sudden, I cannot get into the admin and I have not changed the user name or password... I even tried clicking on the "Resend Password" link on the admin login page... the system sent me a new password but it still will not let me into the admin. HELP!!!!!!!!
