    Default downloads - not shipping to this are

    I have set up a copuple of free downloads and when the customer get to the shipping page, there is an error message that says:

    Not Available At This Time
    Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
    Please contact us for alternate arrangements.


    How do I resolve this so there is no longer this error message. TIA TOM

    Products that are Downloads do not use the checkout_shipping page on the Checkout ...

    Check to ensure that you have the Product marked as:
    Product is Virtual: No, Shipping Address Required
    Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules
    Products with Downloads know that they do not need shipping because of the filename on the Attribute ...

    NOTE: make sure the Attribute for the Download has a green dot next to the filename ...
