Default Add to cart from different web site?

Site XYZ will let me advertise a widget on their site (which does not use Zen Cart), and when that link is clicked, the user is navigated to my site and the item is put unto the visitors cart on my site (which would be using Zen Cart). Does Zen Cart support this behavior? If so, is it documented somewhere how to create such a link? Oversimplifying, I'm thinking the link on XYZ.com would look something like href="http://www.mysite.com/something/cart/add=widget".

I am not currently using Zen Cart; just looking for a product that will support what I need. So I don't need all the details, just enough to be sure that it is or is not supported.

    Thank you!
