Change sideblocks in bulk

Hi there,

I am messing around with different themes and find it a little annoying after I install a new theme that I need tgo reset the sideblocks and then have to go and manually turn them off one at a time. Is there a way to do this by bulk ie all right side blocks at once rather than having to go and edit each one.
