Help me put my store name onto my site

Help ! I have 2 zencart websites - 1.39 version - i cannot understand how to get rid of the "sales message goes here" on the home page and replace it with my store name ! Sounds easy enough - but i have read all the tutorials and have chatted with a couple people - and i still cannot get it done - i have many products already loaded and people are buying - but i really need to get my store name on the website and get rid of the "sales message goes here" that looks so bad ! * can someone tell me step by step what to do without referring me to a tutorial that i cannot understand ? Pretend i do not know nothing about anything - and please tell me step by step what to do - i have went to tools, i have went to other places and cannot see what i am being told in the tutorials ! Someone please be so kind to help us get our name correctly on our site ! This would help so many people that do not understand the tutorials ! Standing by !

But:

Using your FTP program, download the includes/languages/english/header.php file from your site's files to your computer.

Open the file in a text editor - Notepad is fine if you use Windows.

Find this line in that file:

define('HEADER_SALES_TEXT', 'TagLine Here');

Replace the Tagline Here text with the name of your store, leaving the single quotes and save the file.

Upload the file to the includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE_NAME folder.

Ok - sounds like i can do it - but help me understand the first thing "ftp program" ? What is this ? Where do i find it ? Once i get there i might be able to get this task done today - thanks for your patience -

ftp = file transfer protocol
There are many ftp clients (programs)
Filezilla is a good, and free one.

Once you download, and install it, you can connect to your remote hosting server.
You need the ftp server, the username, and the password to access your site's hosting server. your hosting company can give you these info, though you ahould already have them, when you registered with them.
