this is what its telling me exactly

After the purchase you receive the email with the login info to your USFlashMap account. Once you enter it at
http://www.usflashmap.com/users/ you will be able to download the .zip archive of the component. After you unzip it, follow 3
    simple steps:

    1. Upload the folder online to your website

    2. Configure the component online in the admin mode using admin_new.html, which
is located within the folder you uploaded

    3. Copy the configured HTML code to any webpage on the website

That's it! You have the component running on your webpage!

Depends on where on the site you want the timer to appear.

As you have explained it, this should be the process - On the defined page content template (in the zen cart admin tools - defined pages editor), after uploading to a folder on your ftp and running the setup as described, you would copy the generated code in plain text format.

Similarly with any other defined page.

Depending on it's layout of course you could try putting it in a sidebox template.

I doubt if it matters as long as the configuration program can find it. Try putting it in the root (top) directory of your store (often public_html) and see if you can configure it using the provided program.

Nothings happening. This is so frustrating. I've come so close to finishing my website and just need to upload this timer to my FTP server but doesn't tell me exactly where. I tried uploading to the public file but nothing happened. Any other suggestions? I would really appreciate it guys!!!!
