Server error 500 with code 222

We have Zen running on a Linux box and are trying to move it to another server. We get a server error 500 with the cryptic error message number 222 from the VAT module.

Any suggestions what this means or how we might debug?

The first place to look is in the Error Log for that website, which should either be accessible from the hosting control panel and/or from the folder where the error occurred (you'd check this last by looking through the folders using FTP).

A "500 -Internal Server" error oftens occurs because of an incorrectly coded .htaccess file, but I don't now why this would result in an error with a tax module.
