red flag Shipping - Table Rate Clone

Hi I'm using the 'table rate clone' shipping module.

I have three rates set up -

UK Standard Delivery - 7 Days - Sort Order 0

UK Express Delivery - Next Day - Sort Order 1

All Countries Outside UK - Sort Order 2

All have been set up so that when the customer adds to the cart they choose the rate to suit, however no matter which one select it automatically defaults back to UK Standard Delivery - 7 Days when it reaches checkout confirmation. I assume its doing that because its 0 in the sort order.

Anybody any ideas why this is happening?

If you have a Sort Order for one module, you need to have them for ALL installed modules ...

What are the filenames for your 3 shipping modules?

There's a table5.php but its not an installed table rate. Do I need to delete this one from the server?

I have installed this add on and cannot repeat the problem that you are having ...

What you might try is to:

1 SAVE all the settings for each of the Shipping modules to NotePad

    2 REMOVE each shipping module

3 RELOAD the files via FTP to the server

    4 INSTALL each module

5 RECONFIGURE each of the shipping modules
