How to disable boxes 'New Products For', 'upcoming products' etc.'?

I installed the latest version 1.3.9h and I want to change some settings:
for example, how do I turn off all the boxes like 'New Products For' or 'Upcoming Products' in particular, I want this to not appear after empty the basket.
unless I checked all the options in the admin panel and I can not find it. but I remember from a while ago I managed to do it

and also is it possible get rid of button 'back to shopping' from basket
