Cant get a coupon code

Using the 1.3A Cart

I am trying to figure out where I add a coupon I have all the options shown below




I seem to have everything showing up but how to actually make the codes.

Are you using the Admin Profiles Mod? I only ask as you don't appear to have all the menu options.

as far as I know I am only using the admin login info. Is there something else you mean?

There is a Mod called Admin Profiles which allows you to restrict the menu options by user login.

You should have another link called "Gift Certificate/Coupons" between Tools and Extras. This wasn't there in your screen shot hence my original question.

If this is not the case then this my be a dynamic link that only appears when the relevant features are enabled. I know for example the GV submenu only appears after Gift Vouchers are enabled.

If you go to Modules >> Order Total do you have Gift Certificates enabled?

Sorry beyond my scope then as I am out of ideas.

I did do a quick search and found an old thread where someone had similar menu problems.

When you click any of your main menu options so the "site map" view appears do you then have the GV menu?

If you do you may want to check for missing files as Ajeh suggested.

Could you peek on your server and check if you have the file:
