Clear comments

When a customer logs in to see his bill/orders etc. there's a comment field. Only the customer and admin can put information in there. Is there any way to clear out past comments?

Those are stored in the database

Why wouludl one whant to delete them??

He didn't know customers could see the comments so had used them for shipping times etc.....

can you tell me where in the database? I didn't see a comments file..
