My customers are not able to complete the checkout process with CC or PayPal since Feb 1, 2011. They say it is getting to the "Confirming Order" part and then stalls.
I have tested both CC and PayPal with one of my accounts and it works for me but not them? I have not made any changes to the site.

I found out that this is happening in Internet Explorer but not Firefox. Anyone know why this would start happening all of a sudden?
