Local host windows to linux server

Hi,

I have just finished configuring my whole zencart in windows,
using xampp for the local host
Now i have found out that i can only use a linux server if i need curl (for paypal express)
my question is am i able to upload from my windows setup to a linux server?
am i going to have alot of problems because of the 2 platforms?
