Center footer EZpages

I have tried every method listed in the forums and been trying for hours to get my footer links center aligned with no luck..Any help would be great. if anyone has a suggestion or an alternative way to get my links centered i would be grateful.

tried to edit navwrapper and other obvious fixes.

font: normal 11px arial;
float: left;
margin: 0 2px 0 2px;
text-align: left;

change to 62 i think
