How to avoid 10736 Paypal error?

I have received 8 notifications about 10736 error from Paypal in the last few days. I did some google search and the explain I got is:

"A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed."

I'm pretty sure that the address the customer filled in is valid.

So, is there anything I can do to fix this error? Or at least, something I can note in the registration to help customer to fill the address in the right way in the future?

You could test your store by placing an order in your own name, address, shipping address etc using your own credit card - then see if you get the same 10736 error. You may want to use a different browser or computer to do this.

If you don't get the 10736 error then this problem may not be related to ZC.

I'm experiencing the same thing on my 1.3.9g store, I keep getting the 10736 error. How do I avoid it?
