User Tracking and 1.3.9h

I have been using Zen on multiple sites with great success, congrats and thanks for a superb product! I recently had to update from 1.2.7 to 1.3.9h due to hosting upgrading to newer dBase and PHP. Anyway, all seems to be working well with exception of the User Tracking module. I used this on all my other sites and it's probably one of the most useful tools there is, however with this version I am seeing the users but nothing in the carts. I have not set exclusions for my IP, added multiple items to the cart (which you could see the contents in previous versions) and nothing appears.

Anybody else having this problem?

Any ideas or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Also noted that I am unable to delete sessions too.....
