Shipping cost Problems

Hi everyone,

How do I edit the shipping info? What happen is that the site doesn't update the shipping cost according to the items.
For example: I charge $10 per item for shipping, but now if customer put 10 items in his cart, it still shows $10 for shipping. It supposes to show $100 shipping.

Make sure that you are using the Item Rate item shipping module and set the rate to 10.00 ...

Sounds like you might be using the Flat Rate flat which is a single charge rather than a charge per Item per Quantity ...
