HELP importing sql database

I deleted one of my sites and uninstalled zen cart, I did a database backup before doing so. I reinstalled zencart and i am now trying to import the old database backup into the new database and i am getting this error?

Error

SQL query:

LOCK TABLES `zen_admin_activity_log` WRITE ;

#2006 - MySQL server has gone away

Any help would be great

I got it....I did the database backup through godaddy's hosting control center and i was trying ti import the database through phpadmin and that was not going to work. I had to go back into the hosting control center click on the database and then restore. it listed all the files in the db_backups,then i selected the backup i wanted to restore and it worked.
