I started a online store few months back. But suddenly some orders doesn't seem to be to recorded in the Zen admin side but the my payment gateway has charged them. But now this is happening very frequently. per day alteast 3 or 4 orders vanishes completely. It is really annoyn. i tried searching through the complete database but i cant find the order.

can someone please tell me what the problem is.
