Moved site. Now blank screen

Hi all ,

appreciate any help on this.

I followed the steps at (https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=100) to move the site including the DB backup etc and then installed on a new clean domain. However my site doesnt show (admin or store)

In the instructions it says "(when asked about the database-table-prefix during Database-Setup, use the same prefix that your old store uses. You'll find that in the DB_PREFIX setting of your old store's configure.php file.)"

However i have not set a prefix and checked the orig file and no Prefix set in the config files either so should all be working corect?

I figured all was ok until i tried the fix_cache_key.php and didnt get anything displaying (installed at www.domain.com/fix_cache_key.php)

any thoughts or advice greatly appreciated - i looked around teh forum and saw other issues with this but none with exactly the same problem of no dipsplay at all.

after a really long day yesterday (4:30am-11pm) I decided sleep was much needed but will be trying it today so will let you know ASAP.

I did however have the thought that maybe it didnt work due to the versions...

the orig version was older than the fresh install - so I think before i try debug I will redo the whole system on the same version of zen as the original and then see if that works - and then upgrade from that point... only wish i had thought of it sooner!

will keep you posted throughout today with my finds!
