Help with Changing the Background Color

I am trying to change the color of where the red lines are in the attached picture. Any insight on how I can do that would be greatly appreciated. I have been looking for where I change the code for a while now and I can't seem to figure it out.

Sorry, I can't tell how the people who did your template are setting the color. It looks like you might have gotten it from Template Monster. You can ask them.

not sure but i think it is a body background image

in your stylesheet.css file at the top

look for

background-color:#SOME_COLOR;
background-image: url("../images/content_t_bg1.gif");

content_t_bg1.gif is the image that appears wherever your right click on the body of your page

try that, see if it works

Good catch. I thought it might be an image, but couldn't track it down.
