When customers receive order confirmation email their address leaves out STATE. The details in admin area for customers invoice, packing slip and customer details all show STATE. But when customers receive order confirmation email (email_template_checkout.html) their address leaves out STATE.
Can anyone please tell me how I can make STATE appear in $ADDRESS_DELIVERY_DETAIL and $ADDRESS_BILLING_DETAIL in the email_template_checkout.html.
