If a Product is marked as:
Or ... is marked asAlways Free Shipping: Yes, Always Free Shipping
where 0 weight is defined as Free Shipping in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...Product Weight: 0
Then you need to install the FREE SHIPPING! freeshipper shipping module to manage the cart when there is no weight or a Product marked as Always Free Shipping ...
When there are Products with weight, then the Free Shipping Products have no weight so they will be included in the Order but they will not count toward Shipping Cost ...
