For some reason when I get a payment on my website through PayPal the buyers shipping address is not transmitted to PayPal, which means my payments do not qualify for PayPal seller protection. I am using "PayPal IPN - Website Payments Standard" because I was never able to get PayPal payments Pro to work on my site.
Can anyone tell me why the buyers shipping information is not being transmitted to PayPal?

Probably a result of using an older version of Zen Cart, and not using Express Checkout.

How do I upgrade to a newer version of Zen Cart?
What is the difference between PayPal Standard and PayPal Express and do I have to run one or the other or can I run both?
