Header: Sales Text... Center?

Is there any way to get the "Sales Text" tag line in header.php to center (or centre)?

Got a new logo that spans the page and I would like this text to be centered under.

PHP knowledge limited!

"Gifts Engraved & Personalised" is part of the banner image you saw in "Reviews"

I would like that to be in my sales tag line - IF I can centre it under the banner image (removing said line from banner image)
