Edit products problems

I have a problem with editting my products after they have been added, when I go back to edit a product, none of my info is there such as product name , description, or image, any suggestions...

I am running the newest version of Zencart, I corrected the editing of the product by changing my PHP.ini file from 4 to 5, but now back to the originail problem, paypay will not communicate correcty using IPN, only IPN notice I get are when I acually log in to paypal and pay with in, if I do not log into the paypal account and use a CC, I do not get the IPN message update to the store

Remove IPN standard and use expreess

I have a trouble ticket in with my hosting service to look from their end but it may be a Zen Cart issue. After I stopped working on the site no more products have dissappeared but I have lost about a hundred product listings - it now shows disabled and blank pages with only the product number from Zen Cart. Thank you so much.
