I'm sort of hijacking this thread a little- but I use GoDaddy and have been happy, but had a few doubts about some things. Is there a specific advantage to going elsewhere other than not dealing with the constant up-sell pressure ?
There are two kinds of Zencart GoDaddy customers: those who have had problems with overloaded servers causing slow page loading and other issues, and those who will.
If you've had a good experience there, consider yourself lucky. I might consider them for a fairly simple flat HTML site, but would never use GoDaddy to run a business. Fact is, though, they usually aren't cheaper than hosts who do a much better job.
