New templates not visible in admin Template Select pulldown

I recently installed and setup Ver. 1.3.9 along with 3 additional themes. I have been able to randomly change from theme to theme while determining the look and feel that I was after without any issue.

Today however, I found that I was unable to change back to a theme that has been present from the initial install. It does not show on the drop down list in the Admin Console but several other themes do. I can change to one of these themes without issue.

Permissions on the folder/files appear correct. Adding a new theme (as I did initially) does not populate the list. I have found that I can manually edit the database and change the "template_dir" = 'my_custom_theme' and it functions as before.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated as I would like the ability to change my theme from the admin console.

Cgeck that the template_info,php file is present in the template folder that you are not seeing

File is present & I have tried copying an existing (functional) template and then modifying the name, info etc...with no luck.
