I just got off the phone with PayPal Merchant Tech Support. They analyzed the "flow logs" for all my Zen cart transactions.

I (and customers) have been continually getting the error :
"10727 Shipping Address1 Empty - The field Shipping Address1 is required"
after the final PayPal confirmation, which send them back to the shopping cart with above error.

The PayPal Tech confirme din the flow logs that the Zen PayPal Express API is ONLY sending the "Ship to Name" and "Ship to Country". It is NOT passing the address, zip etc. Hence it fails in PayPal Express and returns customers back to the shopping cart with above error.

I am running FEC and COWA and also have a Wordpress blogs, I have disabled FEC and still get error.

Any ideas?
