How do I change this installation's domain? Pls help - live site down losing $

I have an installation of zencart I spent 2 months building, and during that time it was installed and configured to a test domain.

I just went into WHM and configured that cpanel account to use a new domain, but when the new domain pointed, it loads the main page without CSS or images, and all the links refer to the old domain!

How do I change this installation over to a new domain ?

I am live and losing alot of money

I cannot reach admin panel atm, it is not working at newdomain.com/admin1, even though the directory structure didn't change. I cannot reach it through ip/admin1 either

FTP to your webspace and update both configuration files so they point to the new domain.

You'll find the files at-
includes/configure.php and
"your admin directory"/includes/configure.php

That should take care of it.
