I can enter a mix of rates in the standard table rate module.
eg: 50:10, 100:20, 200:10%.
I need zip ship to estimate and validate by zip code but it wont accept the % rate only specified rates.

Anyone have any ideas how I can either validate by zip at checkout using the included table rate
