Admin Panel search - need a help

Hi,

I have a problem with searching products in one category in Zen Cart Admin Panel.
I can search product list in all categories except the one (by a product name or a part number of the products). That category is loaded from different csv file than others (maybe this information could be useful).
Does anyone have idea what is a problem?

Theorize that the other csv was not in proper ZenCart DB format and indexes not created correctly

What are you using to import these with?

CSV file is update through Easy Populate. Products from this csv file are not searchable. These products are in one category. Products in others categories are uploaded through an auto module installed (I can search them).

products
- is there a products_id
- is there a master_categories_id matching the categories_id it is in

products_description
- is there a products_id

categories
- is there a categories_id

categories_description
- is there a categories_id

products_to_categories
- is there a products_id
- is there a categories_id

Hi,

Sorry for the late answer. Product_id was the problem. I reliased it following your instruction. I refreshed db with a new csv file and product_id was set up correctly.

So for those of us following along at home, how do we ACTUALLY fix this problem?

First of all try to reset categories id:

Tools>Store Manager

1.Reset ALL Products Master Categories ID (reset)
2. Update ALL Products Price Sorter (update)
