TAX and Zones and set according to the instruction. At some point of checkout I will get this error message. What should I do?

This is showing no meter if the buyer is from my state or from outside of the IL state.

Not accepting payments from, or shipping to, your region errors are usually a result of not setting up zones properly. Let us know exactly what you've done with zones, and we might spot something.

This is what I have set:

Under Zone Definitions:
Zone name: Illinois
Zone Description: IL State Sales Tax
Status: Green Dot

Under Zone Definitions Details:
Country: USA
Zones: Illinois

Configuration>My Store>
Basis For product TAX: Store

I would like to charge Tax for all purchases shipped witheen my state, and NOT charge tax for all purchases shipped to outside of my state.

Check under the configuration for your payment modules to see if the zone is/isn't selected. I'm using an Illinois address to test your site, and I'm getting the error message (though it is charging me sales tax), so you don't have something set up right.

Under Payment Modules My Payment Zone was set as NONE. I changed to Illinois and now I do not see Sorry, we are not accepting payments

But it will still charge Sales Tax for outside of the state sales. Where do i fix this.
