Help with Nochex

Hi I've used Nochex for years without a problem but I'm beginning to get fed up with having to manually add the customers details from the email I receive from nochex after payment has been made. I know what's been ordered but I was wondering if I could get Nochex to fill in the address, phone number and email address of the customer like paypal does?

Any ideas appreciated

Hi

I'm using Zen Cart 1.3.9 and with cPanel and have installed the Nochex module. The site has not yet got my products set up - I am brand new to this and getting thoroughly confused. I've entered one product that I can test. When testing the module I get a message at the checkout page stating

1146 Table 'thelairc_db1.nochex_sessions' doesn't exist
in:
[delete from nochex_sessions where session_id = '']

I have followed the instructions and don't know where I've one wrong or where to go to rectify this.

I am getting this error on checkout:

"1146 Table '******_0Kqsqze.iusw_nochex_sessions' doesn't exist
in:
[delete from iusw_nochex_sessions where session_id = 'f09adedd67416ec8a9d2ed1df64dd9a5']

The problem is that the tables created in by the nochex SQL patches were created WITHOUT the iusw prefix whereas all my other tables have the isuw prefix.

I am not sure whether the tables ere created with the wrong name, whether I have some old files that not get replaced or something else is wrong. Any ideas?

Use phpmyadmin and rename the table to include/match your other tables

Seems to work OK in text mode so now to see if it works when I go live.

This looks like the same problem that I had. Either you do not have the Nochex tables installed OR like me they have the wrong names.

If you have phpmyadmin, then check your databases. Do you have

nochex_apc_transactions & nochex_sessions


listed as tables in your database?

If not then you need to install them.

If you install them or they are already there and you still have the problem, check that they have the same prefix as your other tables.

i.e. myprefix_nochex_apc_transactions & myprefix_nochex_sessions

Then while in test mode, run through the checkout process again.

Is no one else having these problems, I've noticed there's Nochex support hanging around on this forum which is great do they have a solution?

That worked OK in test and live mode but now I have the problem that there are no transaction details showing in the Nochex emails for either admin or the customer.

I'll keep trying but in the meantime if anyone has any ideas then thanks in advance.

OK I have just looked in orders and found the following error message:

"1054 Unknown column 'zen_order_id' in 'where clause'
in:
[select * from iusw_nochex_apc_transactions where zen_order_id = '18' order by nochex_apc_id DESC LIMIT 1]"
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Now a I understand it the name of the field zen_order_id changed to order_id from ZC V1.3.8.

So I have a query being generated that is trying to operate on a non-existent field.

Does anyone know where this query comes from?
