Help with Nochex

I was told that in the past the field was called zen_order_id and that it changed later to order_id.

I used the developer's toolkit and found references to zen_order_id in a number of payment modules, including nochex and paypal.

I edited the nochex_apc.php file and now error message has gone.
The original problem remains however.

Transaction details i.e. products ordered are not shown on the Nochex emails and the customer is sent back to the shop before the Nochex success message can be read or printed.

Sorry to keep posting but am finding things out as I go and I hope it helps others.

This shop was installed some time ago and has gone through several ZC upgrades. I am only now using it in earnest.

It seems that a lot of old code is hanging around and this is what is causing my problems. The Old code is also in the paypal modules and as I plan to offer this at a later date, I will tackle those then.

I am not sure whether I should reinstall all the Nochex Modules or keep working through. The system works in that can take payment but the description of the purchase is missing for the customer and in the admin email from Nochex.

Why use Nochex? Just my opinion but for the UK, better rates than PayPal and I had a nasty experience with a chargeback with PayPal.

Running v1.3.8a

Running Nochex in Test mode I get the order confirmation, emails etc BUT I don't get an order actually created and Stock is not reduced. Is this purely because it is in Test mode or should it all go as if it was live?

I have another (live) site that uses Nochex so transferred the modules from there to be sure they should work ok.

Hi,

I am having the same problem Nochex payment conformation says what the items are but zencart does not. Have spoken with Nochex and am awaiting them to call me back. Any proper help from fellow zenn'ers would be great.
