I recently installed Zen Cart 1.3.9h on our website and I also insalled the the PayPal Express Checkout module as well.

I'm not a dummy although I feel like one right now. I'm a designer and not a programmer and I'm also new to shopping carts in general. We have just one product, a business manual that we are offering to our clients. We want to give them the option of either a download .pdf or a printed version. I have read most of the faq's and tutorial pages but I'm still having problems. Our page is at www.optimizebusinesswealth.com/index.php. I decided to use the page layout that came with the installation. Right now all I need to do to get this going is to link the two side boxes on the left so that when clicked they go directly to PayPal for payment and then either to the streaming download or to a thank you page indicating that their order has been placed and will be shipped. Again, I have read the faq pages but I still cannot understand how to set the configurations And when I go to the Attributes Controller and click New Product then at the bottom it asks for product URL. I don't know what to put in there. A download folder was set up by our ISP so that I can upload via .ftp. But when I ask for the URL to that folder or to the manual.pdf which now resides there they cannot tell me.

Please help me here, it can't be that complicated to finish this up. Thank you.

ps. one more thing. Right in the middle of our product page is a questionmark. When I look at the source code in my browser I see the questionmark but when I open the .php page it is not there. Is there an index.html page somewhere in all this. Can you tell me how to eliminate the questionmark as well. Thanks again for all your help.
