Displaying multiple prices for multiple product sizes?

I've search the forums and haven't found anyone asking my question or it could have been phrased in such a way that I couldn't follow.

I have several products which I sell in full size and half size. Rather than create 2 different product listings I would rather have one listing for each and show optional pricing for the full and half size.

Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. I am using version 1.3.9H.
