Thanks, kobra for your post. My site is being built by a website firm, and is not yet active to the public. I have only entered about a dozen products manually so far. Unfortunately, their help is quite poor regarding Zen Cart. I will be trying to contact them soon as time permits. I run another established firm full time, and am trying to start a related, but separate, company online. If I get more info, I will post again.
