Pics in defined pages

Apologies if someone has posted similar to this elsewhere but I can't find an answer.
When editing the About Us page using define pages I can add text but not a picture. I have uploaded the image I want to my images folder using ftp but I can't seem to define a valid path (URL) to it.
Probably missing something obvious but a hint or two would be most welcome.

If image uploaded to /images and your shop at at the base of your web space then

images/your_image.XXX

So
