Change your address button

[I wish I could]

During check out there is a “Change Address Button” where customers can change their address.

How do I remove this button?

o What customizations have you made? Created custom Template. Moved text and boxes form home page. Setting up categories etc

How I can Update Zoned shipping price on address change?

I am using zoned based shipping method . Problem comes when user go step 2 of 3 and change the billing address . at this point shipping price is same.
