I upgraded everything including a template but the admin section will not respond.
My admin is not working and I cannot get the login to work.
www.bonters.com works fine
but
www.bonters.com/admin
I cannot find out why this is happening.

First try changing the name of the admin to another name... It is a security feature now in 139h... You will have to change the configure.php file for the admin...

Also, you've failed to upgrade the /includes/filenames.php file properly. I can tell because when you go to your admin URL it's redirecting you to: http://www. bonters.com/admin/FILENAME_ALERT_PAGE.php instead of to the proper page name which would be defined if your /includes/filenames.php file was up to date..
