Design of Modules

Hi

I need a couple of modules created.

Module 1
Delivery Method Post Office (South Africa)
Use weight to calculate shipping cost.
Create a function to do calculations.
Admin area to manage the variables. (ex. R5 per KG)
Calculate delivery cost and add to total.


Module 2
Delivery Method Door-to-Door
Add table in database which will contain the postal code and a price associated with that code.
Create a function to do calculations.
Admin area to manage the variables. (ex. R75 for Wonderboom (0182))
Calculate delivery cost and add to total.

Module 3
COD (cash on delivery) is used on the site as COC (cash on collection)
The field for address should be hidden if this option is selected.
If client selects Cash on Collection then delivery options are not shown (only collection is shown)

Module 4
Credit Card (payment gateway)
There is a certain percentage (ex. 4%) which should be added to the price if credit card is selected as payment method.
This will cover transaction costs.


Module 5
Extra information about the products
You might have noticed other shopping sites have extra "tabs" beneath the product such as "Specs", "Full Specs", "Reviews", etc.
Add these extra functionality to the site
Example: http://www.sacamera.co.za/product/10...hot_A800_Grey/
